First time buyer, so the unknowns of the mortgage process made me uncertain and I wanted to seek advice.
How has Martin Rayner helped you?
I spoke with a number of mortgage advisors and it was as if they were reading from a generic document they use for everyone. Straight away, Martins advice was different - it was tailored to our situation and he took the time to weigh up all options, present & explain the facts. Martin & the team were on their toes & incredibly quick to respond to all questions, meaning our mortgage approval was granted within weeks. Highly recommend!!

Martin has been extremely diligent, personable and thorough in helping us obtain the best mortgage deal in a particularly complex case which limited our pool of lenders available (maternity leave, self employment and owning other properties.) We had never used a broker before and were apprehensive to do so, however Martin and Kim have been instrumental in this journey for us and we would have struggled without their support and expertise- thank you!

Yes- we secured a very good rate under complex circumstances and for a large loan amount.
