I needed to consolidate a number of pensions into a single entity and took advice from a specialist. There are many pitfalls associated with this process and I am glad to say that I have avoided all of these hazards and have a secure financial future due to heeding specialist financial advice.

As Governments bring in new legislation that affects my retirement planning, in particular taxation, it is helpful to have an adviser who is looking after my interests.

Ketan works with a number of organisations that both he and I need to rely on in order to deliver the financial outcomes that we have planned. These organisations are subject to change through takeovers, changes in working practices, personnel and outside legislation. It would be helpful if these organisations were more responsive to customers needs as they are often slow to respond to both Ketan and my requests for information or help.
