The best part of my job is helping people to set financial goals and mapping out a path of how to get there, in the most tax-efficient manner! Building a long-term, trusted relationship with my clients is really important to me and a lot of that stems from my background in teaching. For most of my 20's, I spent my days working as a Maths Teacher and Head of Year within an all girls' state school. I stayed in education a little longer than I intended to and finally made the transition to my dream career of working in the financial services so that I could help to close the gender wealth gap. Learning that women typically hold less investments than men, including pensions, was a massive eye opener for me and I wanted to do my bit to level out the playing field. My aim is to provide accessible, jargon-free advice on investments and pensions and inspire you to prioritise your financial wellbeing! I am also really passionate about providing more financial education on how to invest within the local community so look out for workshops from me, from speaking to women about pensions to going into schools to talk about money mindset to 5 year olds!
