I joined the financial services industry in 1992 after graduating from Exeter University with a BA in Economics and Politics. After a stint at Scottish Widows, I joined my family firm, Regency, as an adviser in 1995. In 2008 I took over as managing director, making me the third generation to take on the role, and was awarded the status of Chartered Financial Planner in 2010. At the end of 2020, I took the decision to merge Regency into the Kingswood Group and having given up many compliance and directorial duties, I now have more time to spend with my clients, which has always been my favourite part of my job. Over the last 25+ years, I have established strong and enduring relationships with my clients, which are built on trust and mutual understanding. I enjoy explaining technical details and industry jargon in a relaxed and easy to understand manner. I live in Virginia Water with my husband and our two sons who keep me on my toes. I enjoy swimming, theatre and when time permits, exploring distant shores.
