Eleanor has ensured my investments are correct to meet my current needs and made adjustments to provide the best return for my future plans

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was considering retiring early and wanted to review my pensions and investments to see if it was a possibility. Eleanor has been my Financial Adviser for many years and originally set my investments up when she worked at HSBC

She helped me understand my options and if my retirement plans were realistic, Eleanor also explained how long my pension pot might last me

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, Eleanor helped me move all my pensions into one pot and set up a new pension plan. I am happy with the overall returns on my investment ISA.

What could they have done better?

I can’t think of anything

I needed financial advice on a pension pot and money received from the sale of a property.

Yes, the investments have given returns within the amounts I was expecting.

Eleanor is very professional and has a very friendly and personable manner which puts you at ease. I don’t think she could not of done anything better.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My bank changed its financial services practice and I needed an advisor who was happy to visit me at home to understand my additional needs and meet face to face

Eleanor has helped me to best protect my savings taking into account my low risk status and future long term care needs. She is personable, patient and very professional.

Yes I have seen better returns than before, am confident with her advice and knowing that Eleanor is always available and able to answer any questions I have reassures me

Nothing really, I wish I had made the move to her earlier
