Equity Release advice as I have only a state pension and increasingly low freelance earnings as I get older.

David Holland has advised me on Equity Release over a number of years - changing my provider every so often to get me a better or more appropriate deal. I have never had a work place pension and rely on my state pension and some low earnings as a freelancer, so equity release is an important part of of my financial planning and Dave has facilitated this with great understanding.

Yes - I have been very happy with the advice that Dave has given over a number of years.

Thanks to Dave I’ve recovered half of my lost pension fund value in just over 12 months and I’m on track to recover the full amount over the coming year.
