My partner and I were buying our first house and we were told to get a mortgage advisor to kick off the process. We went on Unbiased as we didn’t really know where to start and got contacted briefly after that by Henry.

I could not recommend Henry’s services more. We really didn’t have a clue when we started the house buying process, having someone so knowledgable about the process was extremely reassuring and it ensured we were calm throughout the whole process. Arguably the best thing about having Henry guide us through this process was his availability. We could WhatsApp him or pick up the phone and it was rare we didn’t get an almost immediate reply. Being busy ourselves with our own jobs, having this accessibility in a high stress time was invaluable. We never felt pressured to make a decision or look at a certain product (e.g life insurance), Henry simply presented the options/facts and let us make all the decisions which I respected. Very satisfied all our needs were met effectively with Henry and we’d be happy to use his services when needed in the future.

Outcome was exactly what we were hoping for. We had a deadline of 31st March to get our purchase over the line which we achieved. Big thanks to Henry and the team for getting it done within this timeline which we outlined from the start.

It’s hard to say as we were very pleased with the overall service.
