My current advisor is not local to me therefore I wanted to seek an advisor that was more accessible.

We had been muddling along with various employer pensions and schemes but realised that as we approached retirement in under 10 years it was time to do something more sensible about pensions. As we had created our own business we also needed to know what could be done in terms of contributions into a new consolidated scheme

If we haven't it isn't Jonathan's fault we had an energy crisis, Covid and a Ukranian war! We feel he has helped us protect our pension from such effects as much as possible

I am not convinced he could have done any better - he is not the cause of turbulent financial situations; rather he is part of steering us through them

The realisation that we have to take care of our future as we get older.

Yes although we have to accept that Jonathan doesn't have personal influence on the financial markets

There isn't anything that Jonathan should have done differently, I am very happy with the way that Jonathan has helped us.

Sold house and needed to invest. The money for the longer term. A pension transfer.

1. Advised and set up a general investment account in managed funds and stocks and shares ISA. 2. Transferred pension into a new pension scheme.

Yes once taking into account market conditions

What could they have done better?

Nothing as regards the level of customer service which has been very good. Would have liked the portfolio of funds that are invested in to have performed better
