What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Long term planning for retirement was very important to me and in this fast changing and complicated area of savings, taxation pensions I new there was a need for financial guidance.
How has Robyn Caffell helped you?
Robyn has demonstrated an outstanding knowledge and understanding of the financial world and there isn’t much she doesn’t know and a credit to Independent Solutions. With her expertise and professional guidance over the last 5 years my wife and I have been extremely satisfied with Robyn’s work.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
There is always up’s and down’s in the financial world and it’s all about longevity, which has been the case for us.
What could they have done better?
Since we have been with Independent Solutions it does seem they have listening to customers and I think they have improved customer service with an extensive portfolio which looks like it will improve further with Nucleus.
