What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Initially it made viable sense to get a financial adviser as I had a number of growing assets which weren't being utilised effectively. There cam an opportunity after Neil had set-up a consolidated pension for me many years ago to move to one which was managed and offered a better projection rate.

At the moment absolutely, we're a way off from the plans being realised later in life but the decisions we're making now are going to provide a much more comfortable life once me & my wife decide to slow down work.

I was retiring because of sudden health issues, which changed my plans for the future and I did not know which way to turn.
