Stephen was friendly, helpful and well-informed. He was pleasant to work with and made clear that, while we are not planning investments immediately, we can come back to him in a year when we are and he will advise us then. We has talked about our Wills and Powers of Attorney and we may come back to him soon for that advice. I would recommend Stephen if you have money decisions to make - either now or in the future.

Stephen is just so easy to understand, non patronising, helpful and oh so knowledgeable. I worried about a commission hungry agent pressing me to make decisions I wasn’t ready to make, but my experience was completely the opposite -Stephen clearly laid out the options and encouraged me to take some time to consider and come back with any questions. As a newly single woman I now feel confident about my options and 100% will recommend Stephen to my friends - thank you!

My previous Financial adviser decided to retire and Stephen was appointed as his successor to provide ongoing support and advice in connection with my own retirement plan

We arranged a face to face meeting to review my present retirement arrangements and the services provided by the fund managers. We discussed the appropriateness of my risk factors and whether any changes were necessary in the foreseeable future. We also updated personal information contained within the database

Yes. I believe it is important that arrangements are reviewed from time to time at a face to face meeting, as out of such meetings, alternative considerations are brought into focus.

What could they have done better?

I was very satisfied with the outcome of our meeting and am confident that Stephen has the professional experience and competence to provide appropriate advice going forward. Therefore I do not have any views on what needs to be done better

He was very profesional and his free consultation appointment solve most of my doubts and helped me to take a decision on what to do next. Stephen was very approachable and explains me all details I want to know, with patience and using clear language (I'm second language English speaker). After the first phone call and the face to face meeting I'm happy to met Stephen, and will contact him again if needed.

I needed to remortgage my home and wanted assistance finding the best deal for me.
