What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

First time buyer looking for a mortgage.

How has Paul Dawson helped you?

I had two days to get an agreement in principle or risk losing the property I wanted. Paul went out of his way to make this happen. I was then given 3 weeks to complete. Paul went even further out of his way to make this happen. In the end I purchased the property and although there were a few issues along the way, Paul's assistance and guidance was reassuring and made the whole process less stressful than it could have been.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, managed to go from viewing a house to buying it within the space of a month thanks to Paul.

What could they have done better?

It was the first time I'd received any financial advice, Paul did everything asked of him so I have no constructive feedback to give.

Very prompt in responding to me. Honest and upfront about what he could/couldn't help with. Gave useful advice about things to consider in relation to my query. Professional and friendly. I have only ticked "may be" for using Paul's services again as I may not need further advice
