What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I had 2 separate pensions that I wished to combine and receive advice on the best way to draw an income from them.
How has Martin Brennan helped you?
Martin visited me and my wife at home. He took the time to explain the different ways we could take the pension and the advantages and disadvantages of each option. He was very patient and took the time to make sure we understood the implications of our decision.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We are very happy with the outcome of Martins help and the amount we should receive is far in excess of what we expected.
What could they have done better?
Martin could not have been more helpful he was always available either by phone or visits to answer all our questions or clarify points we were unsure of

Death of my husband and poor service from my existing provider.
