What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I needed advice about a personal pension which had a Benefit Guarantee and was unsure how to go about it. I was also wanting to retire.

How has Neil Parker helped you?

Neil and his team ensured that the insurance company kept to their commitment, approved the benefit guarantee and advised me about how best to proceed from there. I understood the whole process and was regularly updated about events.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I am extremely satisfied with the positive outcome. I have been able to retire, feel financially secure and have planned for the future.

The whole process is dependent on your individual requirements and I have been extremely happy with the process and outcome.
