Having qualified over 20 years ago I have had the pleasure of advising many families and individuals across Essex, Herts, Beds and London. More recently I trained and developed many new financial advisers to bring new, diverse talent into the industry to better represent our society. Being a financial adviser is a role I love and take very seriously; I use my knowledge and experience to help people make better decisions about their money and I'd love to help you too! I established Salmon Financial Planning as an advisory service for females and families who want to be educated about their money, feel empowered to make good decisions and supported to enact plans that deliver long-term financial health. In 2021 I became a Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management. With over 20 years of industry experience, I am passionate about helping people make wise money decisions, having seen first-hand the impact good and bad financial advice can have on wellbeing. My experiences as a wife, mum of two, financial adviser and business owner allow me to help others make informed, relatable decisions. I have advised numerous families and individuals on mortgages, protection, saving, investment planning, inheritance tax solutions and retirement planning In our meetings we will talk about you, your current financial position and your aspirations in order to craft a bespoke plan to help achieve your goals in jargon-free language. I will help you understand your options, make knowledge-led decisions about next steps and be available to review those plans via an on-going, trusted relationship. I believe whole-heartedly that financial health influences so much of our overall wellbeing so I always encourage both partners in a relationship, personal or business, to attend all meetings and have an equal say in the financial plan. As a female business owner I’m also keen to connect with other women to create mutual support networks and provide greater access to financial planning.
