Harj initially clarified the financial position in the form of a detailed report and provided options to proceed, based on our wishes. When our circumstances changed, Harj went above and beyond to provide further advice and assistance. He listened to our requirements and explained the pros and cons of each of our decisions. Harj then proceeded to deal with complex transactions with a variety of investors, keeping us informed of every step in a simple and clear way and always fitting in around our needs. We felt confident that he knew what we wanted and did his best to achieve that.

Our aim was to have a better understanding of our financial position and to simplify our investments in a way that met our existing and future needs and Harj has achieved this for us.

We had used the company Lottie to help us find a better care home for my father. Lottie recommend SOLLA for financial advice, when I enquired if they knew any specific companies they gave us the contact details for Harj, as other families had let Lottie know how pleased they were with his service.

By the time we met with Harj we had been dealing with the adult care system for some time. We had spoken to various organisations and gained knowledge along the way. Harj helped us to see the big picture of how to manage our fathers care home costs and cover the cost of home care for our mother. The cost of care is a complex subject, the advice and knowledge Harj provided regarding equity release was invaluable.

Yes, we were able to confidently negotiate with the local authority and care home, with a clear understanding of how the process worked. We have a plan in place for our parents care and if things change, we know we have a trusted advisor to turn to.
