Not only did he get us a great deal on the new mortgage but he sorted all our insurances out as well and saved us approx. £100/mth.

We are so happy with the service we received we will always use him for our re-mortgages, which we do every 2-3 years depending on the market.

What could they have done better?

Nothing I can think of. He is very efficient, which I appreciate as I don’t have a lot of free time.
