Couple years ago I was looking for an adviser who can help me with long term planning. I've recently moved to the UK and didn't know how to handle this properly.

How has Graham Keepen helped you?

At the initial step Graham educated me about existing financial options. And then after collecting all required information, Graham suggested options that worked for me and my wife the best. I've recently changed a job. So, in this year review Graham helped me to find out that my new employer pension scheme is very cheap. And one of the options that Graham proposed was to consolidate all my pension pots into the current one. Even this would be achieved in expense of his business. Such honest approach is very appreciated.

Yes, absolutely. I increased my pension contribution at work, set up a personal pension account and an ISA account. After this year review with Graham I consolidated all pensions into one pot.

Yes. I knowthe investments are long term and can go up or down. Although I did have some unexpected expenses in the first few years of investing, so I needed to drawdown earlier than I anticipated from my investments. Graham made the process very easy.

He has a considerable amount of useful knowledge. It came in very handy when I became unemployed. I was worried how I was going to make ends meet but he cleverly restructured my package so that I received a regular monthly income. This could not have happened if I left my money in the bank.

More than! It has been so pleasing to see large interest earnings added to my savings. I’ve been able to draw cash to fund several purchases from the interest and still keep most of the capital.

This is hard to answer because he is so professional about what he does. Perhaps he could keep us informed of anything new that may be coming out that might be of interest to us. I think he does that anyway when he visits us, but may be an odd email to indicate how the markets are changing.

I found Graham to be very helpful and easy to talk to. He helped me to get an overall sense of where I am with things and a best plan for moving forwards, providing good advice for my current situation. I will come back to him as my circumstances change and I need further advice.

I needed to make the lump sum work hard in my benefit. I needed as best as possible to acquire a regular income to assist with the gap due to the loss of a regular wage. Graham presented various financial options and opportunities together with any pitfalls so I could make an intelligent decision. The outcome is that I have been able to keep myself and family above water until I was able to find a part-time job. To this day, I still have the capital of my investment and a regular income from the financial package used.

What could they have done better?

Graham does visit / zoom for an annual check-up but perhaps an in between status / performance report by email would be helpful.
