I met Joe through a networking event and was immediately impressed by his professional approach and detailed knowledge. He didn't put any pressure on me at all - we both explained to each other what services we offered. I knew I needed to look at my pension, and Joe gave me the confidence in him to go ahead.

Joe transferred a few of my pensions (including my opted-out SERPS one) into 1 pension which offered much better returns, with actively managed funds rather than the stagnant ones with my existing providers. He fully explained each step & what the costs would be. He fully assessed each current pension to make sure that transferring it would be in my best interest for costs, and didn't transfer those that would leave me in a worse position (my Government pension). At each stage, he set up an online meeting and went through everything carefully, fully explaining each part. Nothing was rushed or pressured at all, simply explained. I feel very confident now that I have a much better grip on my pensions.
