It's my first time purchasing a property. Chris guided me through the whole process whilst teaching me about the systems in place to facilitate the sale. He helped me first to understand my position and what was within my price and ongoing affordability range. He then guided me through the entirety of the purchasing process.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

More than I could have hoped for. He found me a perfect mortgage. He knew everything one would need to know to navigate the difficult parts and helped me to get the correct product for me, including course corrections where necessary. Thanks to his help and a few select others, I managed to secure a dream house for about 35k less than it could have sold for and well above what i thought I'd be able to afford. I was daunted by it all, but his knowledge gave me the tools and method to get what I wanted.

What could they have done better?

Nothing as of yet. I plan to use his other services moving forward.

I am recently self employed so I wanted to start a pension for myself so I can keep saving for retirement.

Chris helped me to set up a new pension that I can make payments into and also moved my old pensions from previous jobs to make the most of my pension funds.
