Firstly Fiona picked up that my pension pot wasn't in the best place. The policies were very old and they weren't doing as well as they could plus the options available to me in regards to taking my pension were very limited. She suggested moving the pot and proceeded to go through all the options available to me, taking into consideration my views on ethical investments. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and explained everything in a jargon-free way. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and my understanding and satisfaction was all that was important to her.

Yes. The change between pension companies went smoothly, I'm drawing an amount each month and the money left in the pot is doing better than before.

Can't think of anything - very happy with her friendly approachability. Pitched exactly to my needs and understanding - I start to glaze over if it gets too "techy". However, she was perfectly happy to "talk the talk" with my husband (banking background) and switched between the two of us effortlessly.

Fiona visited me in my own home and was very sensitive to my situation. She carefully went through my current financial situation, income and outgoings using a form she had sent previous to our meeting and gave me several options to consider. She was very open and honest throughout giving full details of the risks of each, without being asked. There was no pushy "salesman talk" through the meeting.
