I cannot see what Louise could have done better. She looked at what we needed and advised us accordingly .

It's such a confusing minefield, with lots of advertisements saying that you can place your 'trust' not to mention your hard earned cash with them. I much prefer to deal directly with a real person, who I'm confident will provide me with good advice with my savings and investments.
