What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

The need to generate more income from our capital to cover my husbands Care Home fees and to ensure I would have a comfortable income to live on.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Unfortunately my husband died sooner than expected so we didn’t get much benefit from his but I am finding the monthly amount created by my annuity helps me to have a comfortable living standard.

Approaching retirement, I needed to consolidate and combine my pension funds into a fund that would give me the best return, I also needed advice on types of benefits or annuities that were available to me

Cameron combined my pensions transferred them into a fund with better returns. Advised me on types of annuities available .

Cameron simplified the financial options , He took time to listen and clarify any questions and concerns I had, He was very approachable, I have no concerns with his excellent service.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had so many papers about the various pensions I had, but had no idea how to sort them all out. I also had some missing pension contributions which Cameron investigated and recovered for me.

Cameron has helped me get all my personal finances in order, without this help I do not think I could have ever felt so secure financially as I do today.

Yes.

What could they have done better?

not really sure what Cameron could do better for me, it's just so reassuring to know that someone who I have complete confidence in is looking after my financial affairs.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

i used to rely on cash Isa returns only when the interest rates were decent. When that and my personal circumstances changed i needed to completely reappraise the situation. I personally do not have the time or inclination to micro manage my own investments and to know the market and the options.

I have known Cameron for a long time. from my point of view i wanted someone who i trusted and felt comfortable doing business with , looked after my interests first and not what was best for him financially, was not pushy, was honest and listened to my point of view. he has taken away the time ,effort and worry so I can concentrate on other matters while atb the same time feelinf relaxed on this important subject. He initially suggested a product which i thoroughly agreed with and bought into and our business has grown subsequently

yes very much so.

What could they have done better?

No I do not think so. He has been very fair, i have made some poor decisions ( of my choosing i would add- Woodford)) but between us I feel we would and have avoided any major disasters which has been the case. I am not a complete financial idiot so I feel our combination works well as i do make suggestions re investments/changes etc to be discussed. i have recommended him to various friends.

We needed a new adviser & Cameron was recommended to us by another client

He was very helpful in guiding us through the various options that would suit our requirements & has always given us very good advice. His ongoing support is very good & nothing is to small for him to deal with.

Yes we have & with ongoing advice we are more than impressed with the way our investments are performing

What could they have done better?

We do not think that Cameron could have done any better judging from the results that we have obtained from our investments.
