Very Helpful. Provided right level of advise. Wasn't pushy at all. Charges weren't mentioned as as per his suggestion, I would be better off seeing a solicitor or an accountant.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Savings.

How has Dominic Thomas helped you?

Dominic listens to what you have say, repeats what you have said to make sure he heard what you said. He then gives his thoughts and considerations. From this the client can then make his decisions weather to use Dominic's services or not. There is no pressure to become a client, but from my experience his advice is excellent and has served us very well.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Things are on track as advised.

What could they have done better?

For myself and my circumstances there is nothing more Dominic can do, he is at the end of the telephone or available to e-mail should I require any help and responds quickly and efficiently.

I have yet to make any firm decisions about my financial future, but so far, in my initial dealings, Dominic has been very helpful, quick to reply to my emails, and has given me the relevant information that I need to make some important decisions.

How has Dominic Thomas helped you?

I have known Dominic as my IFA for over 20 years. I like his approach which is based on finding out who we are & what we want, our aspirations, long term plans, how comfortable we are with risk and so on. He offers a very personal service. There is no hard sell. I have never thought about going elsewhere because I trust him and his advice. He responds promptly to my emails (and tolerates my slow responses to his messages or letters without complaint!). I gave him 5/5 because I am completely satisfied with his service. To be honest I don't actually know how his fees compare with other IFAs because I have never felt the need to investigate alternatives.

What could they have done better?

Nothing comes to mind.

How has Dominic Thomas helped you?

He seeks to understand your overall life proiorities and then matches investments to them. And so puts the horse before the cart.

What could they have done better?

Monetise the improvements he has effected so monthly charges seems less painful to make!
