We recently moved some of our investments into ISA equivalents on a non advised basis. Perhaps this would have worked a little more smoothly if we had understood better the detail of what was expected of us.

What could they have done better?

I do not want or require the 2 hour yearly review. The summary sent before hand gives all the information needed. I employ the company to do research on my behalf and recommend the appropriate funds for my risk attitude. The review just repeats everything in the written summary, which becomes boring and irritating at best.

To help with current advice, and changes to my investments

All my investments have gone down during the past year so not really

I can’t see how I would improve investment value by moving or changing, so I decide not to change anything

Ever-changing pension rules . I have been with Pauls company for 15 years , over that time i have received advice which has saved me thousands of pounds .

Yes. Very much so. That depends on how much spend in the meantime.

As I am very satisfied with the advice given and the pension arrangements I have made through Paul it would be difficult to say what he could have done better.
