Paul came across really well in our first brief meeting together. He was friendly, personable and most importantly clearly knowledgable and experienced. He clearly explained the service and approach he was recommending after listening to our situation and aspirations and this all made sense to us. We are looking forward to our follow up meeting with him to progress things further.

I had a meeting with Paul to explore my retirement options. I explained my thoughts and he provided very useful commentary on them, also providing additional options I hadn’t considered. I can wholeheartedly recommend Paul and The Private Office.

Very little, sometimes could have been a little more responsive, eg. to email etc.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We had pensions from two companies and needed advice on how best to utilise them for our imminent retirement.

How has Paul Sanders helped you?

He initially gave us advice and pointed out the benefits of each option. He then arranged the pension transfers from one company pension scheme into a SIPP and also set up a couple of ISA's to work in conjunction with our pensions. Due to our changing needs, receiving State Pensions and changing regulations our plans are regularly reviewed and adapted to our requirements both for now and the future.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We have definitely benefited from the advice Paul has given us and we are enjoying our retirement because of his advice.

What could they have done better?

Without a comparison it would be difficult to judge but we have been happy with the advice at each stage.
