Ryan was very helpful and understood my lack of knowledge in this area. he clearly expalined items in way i could understand and provided useful tips and places for me to investigate and make an informed decision.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

It is never too late to think about getting your finances and life insurance plans in order – you never know what is around the corner. My priority has always been my family and ensuring that they want for nothing now and in the future. Ryan was recommended to be just the person to help me. Pensions, wills and insurances are complicated to most people these days and there is so much to know. My wife and I explained to Ryan exactly what we wanted to achieve in order to get our affairs together. He was immediately on the same page as us. He gave our insurances a thorough review and discovered we were paying for things (we didn’t understand before) but which would have no real benefit to us now. After a couple of meetings, Ryan explained everything in layman’s terms to us and I can confidently say I know exactly where I am to secure my family’s future. Ryan was open, honest and there was never a ‘salesman’ attitude. I would highly recommend using him.

My pensions were been reviewed with an aim to simplfiy them into a single consolidated pension. Ryan advised me with several options; in the end I opted for consolidating several into a new pension and leaving on as is.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The consolidation of several old pensions into a single pension appeared to go okay. As for the outcome it's of course far too early to say however I am hopeful.

What could they have done better?

Nothing really. In fact Ryan's handlng of an issue I had reassured me I was in good hands with him.
