Concern about the impact of potential future care costs and wanting to make sure that our offspring would inherit most of our savings in the event of second death. Also, to review our current financial position and to make recommendations on how the return on our savings could be improved without compromising our attitude to risk.

John has invested my personal Prudential pension and invested this with Liverpool Victoria which has provided me with a regular income for 7years as I have taken early retirement and this has helped me enormously with John discussing how to make my money work for me.

Yes I have and was very surprised at the outcome and did not realise what I could get.

What could they have done better?

John came to visit me in my home which was very professional but I think due to my WIFI this would have been more convenient at the Branch to access everything.
