Joy has been a financial adviser for 14 years, obtaining the Diploma in Financial Planning in 2006, so demonstrating her commitment to providing high quality advice for her clients’ specific needs. Prior to joining Jacksons Wealth in 2011 she had worked for both Barclays and the Woolwich Independent Advisory Service through Devon & Cornwall. Joy is trained and qualified in advising businesses as well as personal clients, and is also fully qualified to advise on mortgages, long term care, inheritance tax planning and equity release. She continues to study on a regular basis to keep up to date with current legislation and new developments. Having lived in Cornwall all her life Joy enjoys family life with her children and grandchildren living locally. As well as advising with Jacksons, Joy also runs a successful hypnotherapy and psychotherapy practice in West Cornwall.
