What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Having a number of small pensions pots spread out over a number of providers we found ourselves floundering as to what to do when the pensions became payable so kept postponing to the point we needed help to access the funds.

Otter Financial Services provided us with a full review of our retirement financial situation putting together a number of scenario's that reassured us no end. They then pulled everything together for us, all we had to do was provide the information on the funds we had and the contact details and sign authority forms and Otter Financial Services did the rest for us.

We absolutely have seen the outcome we were hoping for With out using Otter Financial Services we would have missed out on a 6 month back payment of a company pension scheme that we had no idea was payable, and we would have taken fund monthly from the small pension pots before we actually needed to depleting them unnecessarily. The lump sums sorted out for us have also come in very handy. We would not be in the position we are today without using the services provided by Otter Financial Services, and we are delighted that they are able to provide us with an ongoing service including annual reviews. We are very happy with the services provided, including the reliability and professionalism shown. The individuals working for Otter Financial could not have been easier to get along with and to understand. They made time for us to make sure we understood, and persisted with the not so speedy pension providers!
