Although I can access the platform on line I do not tend to do this. I think on occasions Jason could be more proactive in contacting me with valuations and recommending a different approach especially with our funds losing money over the past couple of years. With interest rates rising perhaps part of the fund could be held in cash but Jason has never suggested this. Obviously Jason is up to date with financial markets but perhaps switching funds within the platform might be advisable especially if a particular fund is not performing well. It would be helpful to have more discussions on this basis. I appreciate world market conditions and covid have affected markets but it is concerning to see our pension funds (my wife and I) losing money consistently over the last 2 years or so.
