I am at a loss and disappointed to see this "first impression" when I have tried by email a few times to make contact and not sure what "Rytuu" means by way of brief comment on our experience?? Sounds more like sabotage of a profile, one I am proud has been consistently above the mis-rating offered by Mr RoseReview

I was seriously contemplating retirement as my 60th birthday drew nearer & wanted to investigate all the relevant implications.
How has Craig McClurg helped you?
He clearly outlined my pension entitlements & future investment objectives.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Thus far our investment portfolio has risen in value significantly, though we remain aware of market fluctuations.
What could they have done better?
Thus far our financial adviser and/or his team of colleagues have always been on hand to respond to queries we have raised & have addressed any issues in good time.

What could they have done better?
A short emailed Actions Note after a meeting would be a bonus but not essential as Craig always follows up on his actions. It’s me that could use an occasional prompt

I was introduced to Craig 9 years ago by my mortgage adviser at the time he recommend him to me. I needed to understand my pension more clearly & he was available to spend time & explain things to me. In last 5 years I have inherited money through family bereavement & Craig has guided me to hopefully the right direction on savings & investments & paying things off.
