What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking to buy my first home and the mortgage market (July 2023) was extremely volatile and I wanted trusted advice from an experienced person.

I needed to get a mortgage in order to buy my first house.

How has Roberto Cervi helped you?

Roberto gave answered all our questions at the start of the process and explained everything very clearly. He helped us arrange the mortgage and was always quick to respond to our questions. We particularly appreciated his support near exchange when liaising with our solicitor.

The mortgage market was a difficult market at the time due to the increasing interest rates, but Roberto was very contactable and swift with his service to obtain agreements and mortgage offers.

We needed advice on remortgaging, but ours wasn’t a very simple case.

Roberto has been fantastic at explaining all the different options, the benefits of each and he answers every question (however basic) with patience. He goes above and beyond, regularly reviewing the market for the best rate and even replying to us on his days off.
