What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

With some of my pensions facing maturity, I wanted advice as to what was best in terms of managing that income for me going forward.

How has Luke Cleary helped you?

After an initial and comprehensive meeting to go through my current financial position, employment status, future retirement plans, income requirements etc. Luke provided an excellent and comprehensive service. I was kept up to date on progress, we had in person and telephone conversations with a final meeting when I received a thorough Financial Planning report, that Luke went through in detail.

Yes, I'm very happy with the outcome.

What could they have done better?

Nothing I can think of.

Knowing my pensions were maturing soon i thought we should get some professional advice.

Luke was extremely helpful with brilliant knowledge explaining lots of different options for us to consider in a very professional manner making it very easy to understand.

Its early days for us at the moment but everything's heading in the right direction and looking good for the future.

I don't think he could have done anything better than he has.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I received a letter from the company informing me that my pension accounts needed review to ensure that the investments made were still beneficial to me.

How has Luke Cleary helped you?

I mentioned to Luke that I would ideally like to take early retirement due to health issues and asked if this would be possible. Luke told me what was available to me, reviewed my personal financial situation, informed me of my guaranteed income from various plans. He addressed all of my concerns throughout the process and saw it through from start to finish. He was pleasant and professional throughout and at no point did I feel pressured into taking up any particular plan. He informed me of the pros and cons as to my personal situation and requirements.

Yes.

What could they have done better?

Apart from telling me that I had a bigger pension pot…,nothing!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We have always used a financial advisor, Luke recently took over our other one when he retired and we have to say he’s been fantastic, giving us very in depth help and advice , he says how it it and gives the most valuable routes , he’s a lovely gentleman with a true knowledge of how to do things. We can’t highly recommend Luke enough , he gets back to you within the day , no having to chase him. Very reliable and very professional.

He’s made us wake up and realise where we have gone wrong , put us in the correct direction and been there every step of the way .

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted a financial advisors advice in cashing in an old private works pension.

How has Luke Cleary helped you?

He has been thorough in checking my status and communicating , on my behalf , with the pension fund. All of this was conducted via telephone or e-mail. Luke is based in Cardiff and I am in Hertfordshire. Distance was never a problem
