What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I had heard about the 25% tax free lump sum you can take from age 55. I had just turned 55 and in need of additional funds

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I had pensions with different companies and wanted to amalgamate them into a SIPP so that I had more control over them.
How has Mandy Veal helped you?
We discussed my pensions and plans for my retirement and what I could expect from my investments.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes definitely. Early days yet, but I can see what is happening with my SIPP and I know that if I have any queries I can actually speak with a 'real person', on the telephone or face to face.
What could they have done better?
They have been very helpful and professional throughout and I don't think they could have done better.
