Please provide a brief comment about your experience with Mark

I had a useful exploratory chat with Mark , exploring how Mark could help with my current plans, a knowledgeable advisor who provided a useful appraisal of my situation

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Primarily INHERITANCE. We only recently realised that people without children get far less inheritance allowance and wanted to plan for this.

How has Mark Sekree helped you?

Mark transferred our existing funds set up with his father many years ago. The new funds address our current needs

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

If we live for 2 years minimum (required under the current rule) after setting up the funds then we should achieve our goals.

What could they have done better?

Nothing we know of. I don't doubt Mark's knowledge as his father is a similar age to us. As his father originally set up athe business, Mark will be on top of this area f business as well as investments for younger people.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was about 15 years off retirement and while I had pension savings at the time, I had spent little time actively managing this. I needed someone who had the knowledge to use the 15 years wisely to grow the fund within the constraints of the risks I was prepared to take.

How has Mark Sekree helped you?

I have benefited from Mark Sekree's wisdom and intellect in choosing a range of funds, (most of which I would never have considered without his expertise) and from his sensitivity in ensuring that I am comfortable with the level of risk. What stands out is his very personal approach. The level of service is outstanding; Mark knows my situation well, and is always keen to explain or help in any way that he can. I feel fortunate to have access to a person (not a company), with the knowledge that Mark has.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely. The growth that my pension savings have seen over this period of time has been very good - well above that which I would have seen from the run-of-the-mill funds that I would have used, or that would have been the default fund in my company's pension scheme. In addition, I had not banked on the benefits that Mark will bring to me in helping me through the financial maze of retirement itself and in maximizing my income beyond that.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. I have received more than I thought I would get.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Wanting to ensure I understood the range of options for savings/investments and would gain the optimum return for my lifestyle and aspirations for the future.

How has Mark Sekree helped you?

By reviewing my financial and lifestyle position in detail. By understanding my attitude to risk at different stages of my life/career and making recommendations on investment strategy. We have regular reviews and Mark is always available in-between these if required.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, my portfolio has performed impressively over many years with Mark and 3S financial services including during the pandemic.

I was approaching retirement and was extremely fortunate to be aware of Mark and the financial services that he provided.

Mark organised the transfer of my Defined Contribution Pension to a drawdown arrangement and gave extremely good advice on how the fund should be invested.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely! The performance of my fund has exceeded all my expectations.

What could they have done better?

I cannot think of anything - I am more than satisfied.
