What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Retirement looming, so had pension and savings questions about best route to go down . Also Nick is someone local so you can speak in person.

Yes, he has helped, only time will tell regarding outcome.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Not as yet, as only just down our planning route, so value for money I can’t say about.
What could they have done better?
Nothing, I was very happy with Nick as he involved my husband as well.
