Only just met Tom so I can’t really comment but from what I have experienced so far he seems really knowledgeable

I had around 6 pension's and as I was approaching the time in my life when you begin to take steps to check that all your planning and saving has been worthwhile.Unfortnatley for me 3 of my plans were not making any money,nor had they for many years, bearing in mind that they were running for around 40 years.I had been contacted by Forester and Boyd regarding my current job s pension plan and I arranged to go in and have a meeting to review my need's and I have never looked back.

Tom has been amazing,he analysed all my pensions and reviewed my state pension prediction.He transferred the poor performance pensions into a new pension scheme, that has definitely been a game changer for me.

Hand on heart nothing Tom is utterly amazing and the time he spends explaining things to me, and also ensuring that I understand what he is doing is brilliant.

Finally realised that I should have been more on the ball when it came to monitoring the performance of the pensions that I had taken out over the year's.

Tom acessed all my pension and help organise them, closing some down that were failing and opening up a brand new pension plan that combined all the poor performing pensions.This then became a fantastic saving fund that was much easier to maintain and manage and Tom meets with me every year to ensure that I am happy with the fund and to discuss any changes i would like to make.

Yes i have already seen the benefits of Tom's advice and his expertise,the failure of the old pensions has already gone full circle and I am amazed that the new fund is already producing profit and the prospects for the future are extremely good.Obviously no one can forsee the future in this time of uncertainty but I am 100% confident in Tom's ability to steer me and my wife through any troubled waters.

I honestly can't think of anything that I can say if only or i wish we had done that.From our very first meeting Tom gave me a plan of action and a step by step account of the way forward.

To review my my pension plans as I am approaching the age when planning for the future is more relevant.I have had pensions all my life but have never really checked on their performance.

How has Tom Olsak helped you?

Tom reviewed all my plans to give me a clear picture of what was a good person and what wasn't actually making any money for me.He also checked what pension plans my wife had and what we were likely to receive from the state pension scheme to give us a realistic idea of our financial situation and how we would be in the years up to my eventual retirement.

Yes indeed my plan's included a split pension scheme that hadn't actually made any real money in year's, which I was very frustrated about as I should have been more pro active with my investments instead of just leaving it to the so called specialists.Tom actually moved 3 of my pension plans into a new pension scheme that has out performed the market for the last 5 year's, so hopefully it will recoup some of the lost year's that the old investment didn't earn anything.Also i released 20% from one of my bigger plans before it was reinvested to which we have made all kinds of changes to our house and lives to which we will be forever grateful to Tom for his guidance and support.

What could they have done better?

I should have been more pro active with my investments in previous years and thankfully Tom has gone some way to re-establish the earning capacity of my pension plans for the next decade.

The investment advice that Tom has given me is too new to give an opinion on. Therefore, value-for-money is a question for the future, not least because I have not used an investment adviser before. Tom is a likeable, knowledgeable and contactable fellow, and I will be happy to deal with him and your company in the future.

Too short a time currently, and everything seems to have been affected by the current world and UK financial rollercoaster due to Brexit, Ukraine and Russian war, and the price of energy and goods. My outcomes are more long term.
