We approached Faisal as we wanted to discuss our options with regard to taking early retirement. Faisal was incredibly helpful to me in wading through the pros and cons of the new pension rules and how they affected me - never once complaining when my personal circumstances suddenly changed and meant that much of the work he had done was no longer relevant. He was able to speak to my various pension providers on my behalf, reducing the processing time considerably from what it would have been had I been communicating with them directly, I am sure. Once things were in progress, he did not abandon me, but checked regularly to make sure all was going smoothly and that there was nothing else he needed to do to assist. I would not hesitate to give Faisal my highest recommendation.
