He was fastidious in his approach to ensuring I got the best deal I could. He is also prompt and accessible in terms of communications. Very much so as we do not have credit card to pay and the mortgage is less as well. Ashley advised to get fixed rate so we are the winner.

Please be advised that I reside in Australia and all the work was done via the internet with only one, or two, telephone conversations. Ashley firstly ascertained the monies involved and my requirements. This took quite a while, what with all the data required, but he was determined to make sure he had all the information needed before selecting the best plan and company to look after my pension scheme. We ended up with two plans. Ashley thoroughly explained the differences and, after assuring I understood both plans, advised me which one would suite my requirements based on the information I had given. Ashley was very thorough and always ensured I fully understood everything. I gladly took his advise.

I am more the happy with the outcome and hold Ashley in high regard.

I honestly believe that Ashley, or anyone else for that matter, could not have done a better job.
