I contacted Sophie and she got in touch with me very quickly. I’ve had my introductory call with her so far. She was very friendly and I felt comfortable talking to her. I was very anxious about this call as it was my first time talking to a financial adviser. She was very reassuring, clearly explained everything, and I ended the call feeling really positive.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

The small firm of advisors I was with has been taken over by a large national group, with a resulting reduction of service and rise in costs.

Sophie has streamlined my pensions and provided clear and logical investment advice.

Very much so. Personable and efficient service, along with easy access to my investments has left me confident that my finances are in capable hands.

Small company taken over by a large company. She was recommended & was both knowledgeable & helpful
