Everything I said in my previous review remains pertinent. We have regular face-to-face meetings either in person or remotely via Zoom. Andrew takes the time to understand my needs in retirement and explains my options should he feel there is any need to change my portfolio. Andrew is approachable and dependable, always acting promptly should I need to contact him. That said, I rarely need to contact him such is the confidence I have in him. Now, I have to admit that I have a financial background. With any investment attitude to risk, diversification, 'time in the market' and regular reviews are crucial. I cannot fault Andrew's advice and procedures. Nobody likes paying fees but on balance Andrew's fees represent good value and are competitive.
