Previous IFA's only offered a narrow view of our overall assets and liabilities and only appeared to interested in selling one of more products.

Yes, we have a clear picture of what we have and options that we could implement going forward

At this stage, I cannot see anything that was missed or that Chris could have done better.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My husband was contemplating early retirement and we were concerned whether our finances would support our lifestyle and aspirations for the future. Later, I was in a similar position and wondering whether to draw one of my pensions early.

He looked at all our assets, outgoings and plans for the future, and demonstrated that we did not need to worry about drawing our retirement pensions early.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely. We are comfortable and feel secure and able to do the things we want to do.

What could they have done better?

I can't think of anything he could have done better, to be honest. He opened our eyes to possibilities and we have benefitted from his advice.

I was interested in purchasing a commercial building using a Pension.

Chris Webb took me through the process of transferring 3 historic work pensions into one SIPP, Chris carefully explained each stage so I could understand what was going on, he made the whole process incredibly easy and successful.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes definitely, I now have a SIPP that I feel in control of, I have access to a secure portal where I can keep an eye on what is going on. The commercial building that I was hoping to purchase did not happen as I was gazumped at the last minute, but I now have a SIPP that continues to grow where I can see it and I have the option to use it for what I want in the future.

What could they have done better?

Nothing Chris could have done, the process takes as long as it takes, longer than I would have liked but that was not Chris's fault.
