The same as the year before, due to the volatility in world financial markets .

John has helped me find an ideal mortgage for a challenging property situation - all with great success and tremendous value. John found me a new BTL product when the market was at its most difficult. John also find me a home mortgage for a purchase that was rather complicated (issues around retention etc) all done to ideal timescale and with much patience and understanding of my specific needs.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking to retire earlier than normal.

John has reassured me that I'm able to retire

It is very early, but I am happy so far.
