Worried that my current provider had not set-up the correct pension for me.

I will let you know when I retire! But so far everything seems to be heading int he right direction.

I was looking for advice about pensions and retirement planning.

Pippa was quick to contact me and arrange two on-line meetings. These meetings were without any obligation to sign up to anything. Pippa took time to understand my financial situation in detail to enable her to formulate a proposal on how we manage my pensions in preparation for my retirement. She explained the various options available to me in a way that was easy to understand, and I felt well-informed and clear-headed after our meetings.

What could they have done better?

It would have been amazing if Pippa's office was located in the home town where I live so I could pop in to see her on a regular basis. However, this is something that is beyond her control!

At this stage I've only had a telephone discussion with Pippa as a preliminary step priorto having a face to face discussion with her. I found Pippa to be both very easy to talk to and very professional, she understood what I was looking for in terms of both sorting out my finances after having recently retired and my planning to fund various objectives that I have during my retirement. She explained that during our forthcoming meeting, a number of options would be developed and that I would be under no pressure or obligation to proceed with anything that was suggested. Pippa's prompt and clear responses to the questions I asked during our conversation indicate that she is very competent and I look forward to our forthcoming meeting.

I had the privilege of having Pippa as my advisor. She is very thorough and thoughtful in her profession and embodies a high level of excellence in her approach to the client. She is incredibly intelligent across the emotional spectrum which really helps when deciding sensitive financial packages. Very caring and someone I can and would trust.
