I became involved with Apogee many years ago when they looked after the company pension of a previous employer. I carried on dealing with them after I left that company so that they could help me to manage my pension savings; William was assigned as my adviser when his colleague suddenly left the company.

The key aspects have been the transfer of my ex-husband's pensions into my name, in line with the divorce court order, and starting to plan for retirement.

The transfers have taken place and any delays have been due to the pension providers and not Apogee. The information provided in the forecasts for accessing my funds during retirement was detailed and clear. It is difficult to calculate the "value" in terms of costs:benefits, but I am paying for technical expertise that I lack,

What could they have done better?

No specific suggestions come to mind.

Need to have housing improvements and William helped me with cashing in some investments.

I was unsure of any tax would be payable on this money. He took all my information and assured me that everything would be fine.
