I have absolutely no complaints about anything Louise has done whilst managing my pension and I can’t think of anything she could have done better.

We have used Louise’s expertise for quite a few years now and feel she has our best interests at heart. When she left Brian Mellor’s we moved too as we like her no nonsense approach.

Louise keeps us up to date with changes and we feel we shall be using her expertise even more once Derek begins to access his private pension. The services of Apogee are certainly not cheap but at the moment we feel we are better off having a financial adviser than not.

In some aspects yes, we have been disappointed with Dereks Stocks and Shares ISA performance which we discussed with Louise during her recent visit and we are awaiting further information re this.
