Circa. 25 / 30 years ago i met Paul through contacts with my employers, at a time, when we as a family, were looking to improve our financial investment levels in the absence of improving bank interest rates.

Modest growth during and immediately post covid however this was perhaps more of a market phenomenon. Latterly trhe portfolio has grown nicely

I was looking for an advisor with expertise in transferring out of a final salary pension scheme and setting up a financial vehicle for the money.

Not much really to improve, during the pandemic it was sometimes difficult to feel my pension was under constant review , when all I could see was the pension value plummeting , but that is all in the past now. I am still very angry that the person I complained to regarding his letter inviting members to "play a four ball at Mere due to a newly purchased corporate membership " did not feel it was necessary to apologise to me personally , the apology came from Paul but it was not adequate really. It still makes me feel sick to think that my fees are contributing to a bunch of obsequious sycophantic social climbers are "playing a four ball" or whatever you people call them , at my expense, it was in my opinion one of the most ill judged and offensive things that Apogee could have done , and very nearly resulted in me leaving.
