How has Brian Byrnes helped you since your last review?

Just good solid advice regarding risk ratios and also explaining how etfs worked so I had a better understanding if what I was investing in. In effect I felt more informed on what I was doing with my money.

How has Brian Byrnes helped you since your last review?

In the last year Brian has been a stalwart in answering emails - and often being ahead of my questions by just checking in and making sure if I have any concerns that they are being addressed. He's fielded lengthy, rambling emails from me with care and attention and stays on top of suggestions and requests as well. He always has good, well-rounded advice that is sensitive to your circumstances and the current financial environment.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I basically needed a helping hand, one who would guide me when required and provide support when required. We all know the basics; that saving and not spending are good over the longer term. WS encourages you to save and rewards you for doing so. And if you if you need access to your money does not punish you.

I have taken the time to meet with Brian personally and he is a genuine helpful guy, who has seen the ups and downs and provides a clear guidance when required. He sticks to the basics and does not over complicate. We all think that we can do it, that we know what we are doing. But sometimes a experts overview needed. At those time, I recommend Brian Byrnes.
