Initially looked for advise due to upcoming retirement. Now safely retired, had reason to request his help again to safely see us through a house move.

Ben helped us to set up retirement income, and savings that will ensure (as much as it is possible to do so!) That we will be well provided for in our retirement. He has also helped us to draw down additional funds to help us secure a new house, and then once the money could be released back to savings, has helped set up a way back to our tax efficient status.

Nothing from Bens perspective. Better timing on the house buying front would have helped, as our buy was in one tax year, and release back to savings in the next.
